CONSERVATIVE – Judge Kelli Wise was named National
Young Republican of theYear in 1999 and served as the
President of the Capital City Republican Women.
ALABAMA NATIVE – Judge Kelli Wise was born in
Geneva, Alabama and educated in the public schools
of Dale and Autauga counties. Judge Wise is a graduate
of Auburn University and Jones School of Law.
LEADERSHIP – Judge Kelli Wise is the Presiding Judge
on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, where she
has efficiently managed one of the largest caseloads in
the nation. She has written and reviewed over 20,000
cases during her 9 years on the court.
CHILD ADVOCATE – Judge Kelli Wise was appointed
by Governor Bob Riley to serve on the Alabama
Juvenile Justice Task Force in 2003 and reappointed to a
second termin 2006.
STRONG FAITH – Judge Kelli Wise teaches Sunday
School, Vacation Bible School and is an active member
of St. James United Methodist Church in Montgomery.
